I moved to The Village of Friendship Heights from NY in 2019.  My wife Marlena and I fell in love with the location, the walkability, and access to parks. 

I am running for the Council because I care about our unique community.  I want to be involved in the projects and decisions that improve our Village.

My qualifications include:

• President of Homeowners Association in Westchester NY – 262 homes on 130 acres.  As President I initiated and directed many capital projects including road repairs, completely renovating our outdoor playground with an emphasis on safety and redesigning our indoor gym.  I also supervised five committees and the activities of two full time staff working on-site.

• Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

• Licensed as a Real Estate broker in New York State.

• In my current job, I am an Underwriter approving loan guarantees for multifamily residential buildings.

The work of the Council should be transparent, collaborative, and represent our entire community.  I look forward to working with the other Council members to make a positive impact.
